When Does the POA Meet?

The Covenants require an Annual POA Meeting at election time.  The Board of Directors meet throughout the year, generally monthly; The community otherwise meets on an as needed basis.  
Annual Elections are typically in March / April with the Annual POA Meeting to follow shortly thereafter.
